Role: Data Analyst with FCRM Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite) Duration: Full Time Need Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Exp mandatory. Responsibilities
Data Collection & Processing: Gather data from various sources (databases, APIs), clean errors, handle missing values, and transform it into usable formats (ETL). Analysis & Modeling: Apply statistical techniques, run analyses, build models to find trends, and perform hypothesis testing to understand performance Visualization & Reporting: Create clear, interactive dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings. Business Intelligence: Partner with business units to define metrics, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and improve processes. Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, implementing controls to address issues. Required Tools & Skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL/Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake) and Python (for data manipulation, Pandas, NumPy). Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools (QlikView, D3.js). Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling), Jupyter Notebooks, SAS, SPSS. Data Platforms: Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks or similar cloud storage solutions.
