We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contract partner

to support Merchandising Operations by building, refining, and maintaining a centralized

Airtable-based process hub . This role is critical to creating

clarity, visibility, and operational excellence

across key milestones and cross-functional workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in

fast-paced environments , enjoys

structuring complex information , and brings a

solution-oriented mindset . You will evolve existing tools into an

intuitive, trusted single source of truth

for merchandising operations and support a special business integration project within Footwear and Apparel. Ideal Candidate Profile

Has hands-on, expert-level experience with Airtable

(building and managing complex bases) Has experience working with CODE or similar product lifecycle processes Brings strong understanding of merchandising workflows Is highly organized, execution-focused, and task-oriented Is a proactive problem solver

with a solution-first mindset Enjoys building structure, clarity, and repeatable processes Is a strong cross-functional collaborator Enjoys managing and organizing large volumes of operational information Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Own and evolve the Airtable base as the

central Merchandising Operations hub Structure the hub to clearly reflect

all key milestones with proper detail and context Maintain a comprehensive and accurate

project and initiative list Ensure Airtable functions as the

single source of truth Create

intuitive layouts and navigation

for ease of use Process Visibility & Documentation

Maintain a clearly structured

calendar of milestones and gates Document all gates with

purpose, requirements, and timing Provide

direct links to key folders, tools, and resources

tied to each milestone Project & Timeline Management

Track projects using

Gantt-style timelines and dashboards Maintain

project status indicators, milestones, and dependencies Keep all timelines and progress

current and visible to leadership and partners Operational & Cross-Functional Support

Provide operational support to

Business Integration Leads

for milestones owned by Merchandising Support

cross-functional meeting coordination

and logistics Own and maintain

distribution lists and invites Ensure strong

communication, follow-through, and process hygiene Ongoing Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

Regularly update content to reflect

process or timeline changes Identify

gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Partner with teams to

continuously improve usability and effectiveness

of the hub What Success Looks Like

Airtable is actively used as the

trusted Merchandising Operations hub Milestones, gates, and projects are

clearly visible and easy to understand Cross-functional partners know

exactly where to find information Operations run smoothly through strong

process discipline and coordination Information remains

accurate, organized, and actionable Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in Merchandising Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations Expert-level proficiency in Airtable

(complex workflows, automations, dashboards) Strong understanding of

merchandising and product lifecycle processes Proven experience in

process documentation and operational optimization Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with

line planning and assortment tools Exposure to

merchandising moments and milestone events

(invite & list management) Prior experience within

merchandising or retail operations teams Demonstrated ability to

take initiative and solve problems
