New hires will begin in this role to build a strong foundation in Honda product knowledge, customer experience, and dealership processes. As training progresses, associates will transition into their sales training under the Honda Delivery Coordinator title, preparing them for long-term success as a full Sales Professional.

Job Summary The Sales Delivery Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional, informative, and low-pressure customer experience by serving as a product expert on Honda vehicles, features, and technology. This role supports the sales team by educating customers, assisting throughout the purchase process, and ensuring a smooth and confident vehicle delivery experience.
What You’ll Do
Perform all vehicle delivery responsibilities after purchase, including:
Demonstration of vehicle features
Service walk and introduction to Service Personnel
Scheduling first service appointment
Downloading the HMC app on customer devices
Complete all required delivery documents, including Honda CPO paperwork
Meet and greet clients using HMC-approved methods
Provide detailed explanations of Honda models, trims, features, and safety technology
Assist the sales team with locating vehicles and preparing vehicles for test drives
Work with Sales Managers to prepare vehicles for VIP appointments
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and support test drive experiences
Complete all required Honda Interactive sales training
Maintain clean and organized showroom and vehicle displays
Attend scheduled HMC training events
Stay up to date on Honda products, technology, and brand standards
Build lasting customer relationships beyond the sale
Follow up with customers and stay organized to own your results
Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to support dealership goals

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to obtain a sales license
Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time position
Evenings and weekends required
Starting pay: $18 per hour during training, with transition to commission-based pay as sales role progresses
Bonus pay and commission pay available
