Sr. Marketing Coordinator
for their Atlanta office to support firmwide marketing, business development, and communications initiatives. Partner with the marketing committee to support attorney needs and handle day-to-day marketing requests Draft and distribute marketing materials, newsletters, bios, website content, and client communications Prepare pitches and RFPs with competitive research and analysis Plan and execute events from concept through completion Manage LinkedIn social media posts and content Onboard new attorneys and staff (headshots, bios, announcements) Maintain website accuracy and manage document filing systems Oversee CLE/CE processes and SWAG inventory Manage mailing lists and track event RSVPs Required Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree Marketing experience at a law firm or professional services firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SitePilot, LinkedIn, NetDocs/SharePoint Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure Compensation
$70,000-$85,000 per year
