Art Director
This team is an in-house global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our clients' brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop the vision for next-generation creative advertising, business and consumer brand content and experiences for their family of apps and hardware products.

We’re seeking an Art Director with a deep passion for crafting compelling visual narratives and a deep curiosity around technology and MR. You will lead and shape our client's visual storytelling, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external agencies. You'll ensure our brand is consistently and innovatively represented across all channels.
Working as maternity cover within the London-based International team you will cover needs from around the world, working with a Senior copywriter as a team, under one of the 4 CDs. You’ll be able to push big conceptual thinking as well as tactical or in-house needs for anything from the single IG post to OOH. You’ll roll your sleeves up to create working designs, not just “deck” visuals.
Key Responsibilities Creative Development:
Lead evergreen creative projects, as part of a creative team and alongside production partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce assets suitable for various media formats and channel needs.
Be part of the team to deliver the entire production process, from conceptualization to final asset delivery.
Cultivate trust across the wider marketing organization, including Marketing, Program Management, etc.
Guide best practices for various marketing channels and educate teams accordingly.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Collaborative, multidisciplinary, and analytical approach.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Conceptual chops and able to get hands-on.
Demonstrated expertise in innovative brand visuals.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, After Effects), Figma, Google tools.
BONUS - motion design skills, video editing skills, working knowledge of Generative AI
Qualifications:
8+ years relevant experience.

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full-time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
