The company insists that You MUST already be a citizen in Germany for territory and client knowledge, no relocation is offered. My client is seeking a
commercially driven, autonomous Sales Manager
to take full ownership of the Northern Germany region. This is a
business development led role , focused on opening new business while managing a select number of key strategic clients with their feed additive porfolio including phytobiotics. Operating within a
relationship driven business , the successful candidate will be trusted to think independently, execute decisively, and consistently move opportunities forward. A structured handover is provided, but long-term success depends on momentum, resilience, and strong personal ownership of the region. Key Responsibilities
Full commercial responsibility for Northern Germany Business development focus with some key account management Proactively identify, pursue, and close new opportunities Network actively with feed producers, integrators, distributors, and premix houses Independently manage customer meetings, negotiations, and presentations Drive short-term sales while maintaining persistence in longer cycles Some ruminant exposure beneficial but not core Close collaboration with technical and product teams, while remaining firmly sales-focused Own pipeline management, forecasting, and regional sales planning Important:
This is a
purely commercial role . Product management, technical depth, and supply-chain responsibilities are handled separately. Candidate Profile
An Animal Science related background Proven experience selling feed additives in animal nutrition A vet background, technical ability are ideal for this role.
