at Cornell delivers educational programming across six MBA programs with the goal of developing ethical business leaders. Johnson’s Career Management Center prepares MBA students for a competitive job market with advising, workshops, networking, and access to tools/resources.

The Johnson Graduate School of Management is seeking a

Corporate Account Coordinator

to join the Career Management Center (CMC) Employer Relations team. In this collaborative role, you’ll coordinate Johnson’s on-campus recruiting program end-to-end, serving as a trusted partner to employers, alumni, students, faculty, and staff while ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruiting experience.

As the Corporate Account Coordinator, you’ll shape how organizations engage with our students, supporting recruiting across industries, job functions, and global locations. Your work contributes to student career outcomes and long-term employer partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment Coordination & Scheduling:

You’ll be the operational backbone of on-campus recruiting, coordinating details large and small to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Facilitate employer recruiting activities including corporate presentations, office hours, interviews, workshops, networking events, and receptions

Maintain accurate employer events and interview schedules in our recruiting platform software, ensuring approvals, labels, and details are correct

Coordinate shared recruiting calendars so students, staff, and employers always have up-to-date information

Coordinate facility reservations, staffing, and logistics to deliver a high-quality experience

Exercise independent judgment to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly when plans change

Employer Development: Help grow and strengthen Johnson’s employer network

Partner with the Recruiting Manager and Associate Directors to engage new and existing employers

Conduct introductory calls with prospective companies to explain the Johnson MBA recruiting process

Encourage employers to expand recruiting across job functions and global locations

Assist employers in connecting with student clubs

Yearly contact cleanup activities to maintain accurate and up to date employer contacts

Coordinate with partner MBA schools to plan, schedule, and execute Spring Forums, a special recruiting event each Spring semester

Database & Technology Support:

Serve as a go-to expert for recruiting systems and data accuracy.

Ensure recruiting information is shared promptly in 12Twenty, CampusGroups, and the internal Outlook Recruiting Calendar

Act as the CMC expert in 12Twenty, staying current on system updates and enhancements

Submit and track system support tickets as needed and communicate issues with the team

Train and educate staff on effective platform use

Assist with orientation training for new MBA students to maximize their use of recruiting technology

Collaborate with the Data Analyst on system issues and improvements

Other Responsibilities:

Participate in special projects and cross-team initiatives; complete required university compliance trainings; perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Associates degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing

Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds

Ability to cultivate inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, community members, and external recruiting partners

Professional business demeanor and excellent communication skills for corporate recruiters and partners

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to schedule extremely detailed events that may change throughout the season

Ability to handle a high-stress environment with multiple tasks, changing deadlines, and maintaining relationships

Ability to identify functional database problems, identify new requirements, and communicate with internal/external technology providers

Some evening work is required during peak recruitment season

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4 to 7 years of related experience

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (remote 2 days/week, on-campus 3 days/week). The university may modify this arrangement.
