Key Account Manager / Product Manager – Wholesale (Costco Preferred) Location:

Hybrid / In-Office (Most Days)

Role Overview We are hiring a

Key Account Manager / Product Manager

to support and grow a high-volume wholesale business client, with a primary focus on

Costco . This role sits at the intersection of

account support, product execution, and cross-functional problem solving .

While

direct Costco experience is strongly preferred , we will also consider candidates who have worked closely with similar wholesale or club retailers such as

Target, Sam’s Club, Walmart, or other big-box accounts , particularly where they partnered directly with buyers or account stakeholders on product development and execution.

This role does

not

require full end-to-end account ownership on day one. It

does

require strong product understanding, the ability to evaluate and challenge customer requests when needed, and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities Wholesale Account Support

Support and help manage day-to-day relationships with wholesale partners, with Costco as the primary focus.

Work directly with buyers and account stakeholders on product needs, updates, and ongoing programs.

Participate in buyer meetings, line reviews, and program discussions.

Support assortment expansion and program growth opportunities.

Product & Program Execution

Support the product lifecycle from concept through execution for wholesale accounts.

Translate buyer requests into clear product requirements and internal documentation.

Evaluate customer requests and help identify feasibility issues, risks, or trade-offs.

Partner closely with product, operations, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate execution.

Help troubleshoot issues related to pricing, packaging, timelines, or specifications.

Problem Solving & Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a key internal coordinator across product, operations, and account stakeholders.

Navigate ambiguity and resolve issues when customer needs and internal realities don’t align.

Ensure follow-through and accountability across teams.

Performance & Growth Support

Support analysis of sales performance by SKU, category, and price point.

Help identify reorders, extensions, or adjustments based on performance.

Assist with wholesale expansion opportunities across the U.S. and Canada.

Required Qualifications

Experience working

directly with wholesale retail accounts

(Costco strongly preferred).

Hands-on involvement with buyers or account stakeholders (does not need full ownership).

Strong understanding of product development, merchandising, or wholesale program execution.

Experience supporting

high-ticket or high-stakes products

where accuracy matters.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound product judgment.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working in fast-moving, less structured environments.

Strongly Preferred

Direct experience supporting

Costco Wholesale

programs.

Background in

fine jewelry wholesale

or other high-value product categories.

Experience with club, big-box, or omni-channel wholesale retailers.

Exposure to pricing, packaging, sourcing, or production considerations.

Experience working with buyers in a structured retail environment.
