Our client,
TEDHair (tedhair.com) , is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of premium human hair products, including bundles, wigs, closures, and frontals. Founded in 2008, the company operates manufacturing facilities in Asia and multiple wholesale centers across major U.S. cities such as Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Chicago, and New York.
TEDHair supports salons, stylists, wholesalers, and retailers with fast delivery, flexible order quantities, and factory-direct pricing. The company currently operates
six retail and wholesale locations in the U.S.
and plans to open
an additional 20 stores
as part of its rapid expansion.
As growth continues, TEDHair is seeking a driven, relationship-focused
Key Account Sales Manager
to expand market presence and strengthen partnerships with key retail accounts.
Core Responsibilities
Develop
new retail and salon clients
while maintaining and growing
existing key accounts
Conduct regular
in-person visits
to customers and prospective partners
Perform
grassroots, community-based outreach
to build strong local business relationships
Maintain long-term partnerships through consistent
on-site account management
Work in a hybrid structure:
approximately 50% in-store support, 50% field visits
Identify opportunities to increase product placement, visibility, and overall sales performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven
offline / in-person sales experience
(required)
Background in
Beauty, Hair, Apparel, or related consumer retail industries
preferred
Comfortable working closely with
diverse beauty communities and independent retailers
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across different customer groups
Self‑motivated, hardworking, and results‑driven
College degree or above preferred
Hourly Rate:
$28–$40 per hour
Monthly Equivalent:
Approximately
$6,000–$10,000+
Performance‑based bonuses
available
Compensation is
negotiable based on experience and qualifications
In 2026, employees who have completed
two full months of employment
are eligible to receive a
$150 holiday gift bonus
for each of the following six public holidays:
New Year’s Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Additional Notes on Holiday Bonuses
Employees who have completed
at least one full month
of employment are eligible to participate in the company’s
general holiday bonus program
Employees who have completed

are eligible for the
