The Wholesale Sales Operations Manager owns all wholesale execution once a sale is made. This role is responsible for order processing, logistics, compliance, EDI, and systems across both US and international wholesale business. They work closely with the Director of Wholesale and the Operations team to ensure orders are executed accurately, on time, and profitably. This role is the backbone of wholesale. It ensures that what is sold is delivered cleanly, compliantly, and at scale. Qualifications
3–5 years experience in wholesale ops or sales ops Strong experience supporting major retailers and specialty accounts Hands-on experience with EDI, compliance, and chargeback management Experience managing 3PL relationships and wholesale logistics Familiarity with NuOrder, Mirakl, Shopify Collective, and ERP systems Highly detail-oriented, systems-driven, and operationally strong Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Execution
Own PO intake, validation, confirmations, and order entry across all wholesale accounts Manage order flow from sell-in through final delivery, including changes, cancellations, and reorders Ensure accuracy across pricing, quantities, ship windows, and terms before orders are released Serve as the primary operational point of contact for wholesale accounts post-sell-in Partner closely with the Operations team and 3PLs to manage wholesale fulfillment across US and international orders Own routing guides, ship windows, cartonization, labeling, and retailer-specific requirements Oversee ASN creation, packing lists, BOLs, and all shipping documentation Support international wholesale shipments including export documentation, Incoterms, and delivery coordination Proactively flag risks related to timing, inventory, or capacity EDI, Compliance & Chargebacks
Own EDI coordination and troubleshooting across major retail partners Ensure compliance with retailer requirements to minimize chargebacks and deductions Track, research, and resolve chargebacks in partnership with Finance and Ops Maintain compliance documentation and retailer onboarding requirements Manage wholesale platforms including NuOrder, Mirakl, and Shopify Collective Maintain line sheets, pricing, costs, and margin accuracy across systems Own SKU setup, UPCs, and master data accuracy for wholesale Build and maintain operational trackers for orders, shipments, compliance, and performance Support sales forecasting and reorder planning with clean, reliable data Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner closely with the Director of Wholesale to support account needs and priorities Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Operations, Finance, and 3PL partners Provide visibility into order status, risks, and execution timelines Support international showroom partners from an operational and systems perspective Process & Scale
Build, document, and continuously improve wholesale SOPs Standardize workflows for order processing, compliance, and retailer onboarding Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as volume grows How to Apply
