We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Los Angeles team. This role leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of Heaven Mayhem’s core digital growth channels — including paid media, email and SMS, and onsite merchandising — with a focus on driving acquisition, retention, and website performance. Sitting at the center of the digital ecosystem, the Digital Marketing Manager partners closely with Creative & Content, E-Commerce, and external partners to bring campaigns to life across paid, CRM, and onsite experiences. This role blends data-driven strategic channel thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable growth while maintaining a refined, consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of assigned digital channels — paid media, email/SMS, and onsite merchandising — in alignment with broader brand and marketing direction. Translate campaign objectives and briefs into clear channel-level plans that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Continuously analyze channel performance, identifying optimization opportunities and executing improvements against defined KPIs. Report on channel performance, insights, and recommendations to inform future execution. Campaign Execution & Marketing Support

Execute campaigns across paid, CRM, and website in alignment with the centralized marketing calendar and campaign strategy. Manage day-to-day coordination for launches, promotions, and key moments across owned digital channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. Partner with Creative and Content teams to brief channel needs, manage approvals, and ensure assets are optimized for performance and placement. Paid Media Management

Own creative execution and deliverables for our Paid Ads, in partnership with our Creative Strategist Partner with our Ad Agency to monitor performance and continually optimize performance Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns and deliver against ROAS, acquisition, and efficiency goals. CRM (Email & SMS)

Manage campaign planning, segmentation, and deployment for email and SMS programs. Own the CRM calendar ensuring campaigns align with key promotions, launches, and retention goals. Maintain high executional quality — including QA, testing, and deliverability. Leverage data and insights to refine lifecycle journeys and improve customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Own website execution — including onsite updates, campaign setup, and promotional merchandising. Optimize homepage, landing pages, and product merchandising for engagement and conversion. Monitor site analytics and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve UX, conversion, and content effectiveness. Ensure product launches, offers, and creative assets are accurately represented and launched on time. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing within a modern DTC fashion, accessories, jewelry, or lifestyle brand. Preferred Tools & Platforms: Shopify, Klaviyo Proven expertise managing and optimizing paid media, email, SMS, and onsite experiences to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion. Strong analytical skill set with the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable channel improvements. Hands-on experience executing high-quality digital campaigns in close partnership with Creative and Content teams. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Clear, confident communicator with experience collaborating cross-functionally and working with external partners or agencies.
