About the Role Naked Zebra is seeking an
intelligent, motivated, and personable individual
to join our
Customer Service / Inside Sales (Wholesale / B2B) team . This is an
entry-level, full-time position
ideal for someone eager to learn, willing to go above and beyond, and interested in growing within a fast-paced fashion company.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with wholesale/B2B sales platforms are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and process wholesale/B2B customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist the inside sales team with sales estimates and daily operations
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective B2B customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Review and try on samples to identify potential changes needed prior to mass production
Stay current on best sales practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve performance through feedback and training
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Spanish speaker (required)
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Canva, FashionGo, and Faire (required)
Experience with Shopify is a plus
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles with a focus on B2B / wholesale sales (preferred)
Willingness to learn sales processes, customer relationship management, and production workflows
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to take initiative
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
