Consistently exceed revenue targets by managing new and existing accounts within a designated territory Build strong client relationships through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities Maintain high weekly activity levels to develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline Effectively communicate industry challenges and position solutions using the company’s product suite Stay informed on industry trends, market needs, and their impact on clients Develop and manage long-term relationships within the assigned territory Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals Requirements

Proven success as an Account Executive or a high-performing BDR ready to step into a closing role Software sales experience is a plus; onboarding and training provided for high performers new to SaaS Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreachio, Salesloft, and DocuSign is preferred but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Marketing teams Effective negotiation and presentation abilities Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships Willingness to adapt to market and industry changes Creative problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative sales strategies Commitment to continuous learning and applying market insights in sales conversations Additional Information

This position offers a compensation structure that includes both a base salary between $45,000-$60,000 based on experience, and a commission pay based on your performance.
