Responsibilities

Assess data from Salesforce.com, Clari, Workday, and LMS to understand regional performance and correlate it to training completion

Leverage data warehouse and Tableau to mine data and build reports

Establish and scale performance reporting, identifying data trends to inform enablement initiatives

Measure and report on asset/resource adoption and efficacy while collaborating with the Content team

Monitor and manage enablement performance data, addressing any data integrity issues

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4 years of sales operations or data analysis experience

Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and dynamic charts

Experience with BI reporting tools such as DOMO and Tableau

Ability to translate and present findings in an actionable manner

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Clari and Salesforce reporting/dashboard building

Experience connecting multiple ERP and operational systems to create data views

Ability to learn new technologies that support enablement measurement (e.g., Highspot, Docebo)

Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset

Superb organizational and succinct communication skills
