Overview
We are recruiting dynamic and self-motivated individuals to add to our sales team. We are an international freight forwarder and NVOCC having offices in New York, Houston & Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
We are hiring for our Houston office at the moment.
The primary focus is ocean shipments both import and export.
Required Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of active sales experience at an NVOCC, Freight Forwarder or Steamship Line
Highly knowledgeable about the relevant trade lanes, commodity groups
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
Desired Candidate Skills
Self-motivated, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Goal-oriented and self-disciplined to produce results
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Naturally self-confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive
Have an overall positive, can-do attitude
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective presentation and customer relations skills
Well-travelled individuals a plus
