We’re looking for dynamic, self-motivated

Account Executives

to join our Houston sales team. If you thrive on building relationships, winning new business, and delivering smart ocean freight solutions, this role offers the platform to grow a strong book of business with a fast-moving team.

Primary focus:

Ocean shipments —

import and export .

What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, quoting, negotiating, closing, and account growth

Build and expand a portfolio of customers shipping ocean import/export freight

Develop tailored logistics solutions across key trade lanes and commodity groups

Partner with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Maintain an active pipeline and consistently hit (or exceed) sales goals

Represent the company professionally in client meetings, presentations, and industry interactions

Required Experience

Minimum 4-5 years of active sales experience at an NVOCC, Freight Forwarder or Steamship Line

Highly knowledgeable about the relevant trade lanes, commodity groups

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
