
Commercial Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a respected law firm in White Plains, NY, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys by conducting factual investigations, performing legal research, and preparing legal documents in connection with active litigation matters.
Responsibilities
Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, trial materials, and case files Conduct legal research and maintain attorney notes and client documents Electronically file documents via NYSCEF and ECF Draft and prepare legal filings, including subpoenas, notices, RJIs, and related pleadings Serve legal documents and coordinate with process servers Bates-stamp, redact, and manage document productions Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines Prepare correspondence and court courtesy copies Organize electronic and hard-copy filing systems Provide administrative and clerical support, including scanning, proofreading, and document preparation Travel to court for filings as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of litigation or legal support experience Associate degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Certification required Strong organizational, writing, and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter who works well independently and within a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
