
Overview
We are seeking a senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support 2 attorneys who focus on complex real estate finance, development, and high-value transactional work for developers, private equity groups, and commercial lenders. This is a highly transactional, deal-driven role supporting sophisticated matters such as construction loans, mezzanine financing, distressed asset acquisitions and workouts, condominium conversions, and large multi-party commercial closings.
Responsibilities
Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing
Coordinate and manage construction loan and mezzanine financing closings
Review and organize title commitments, surveys, estoppels, and due diligence materials
Prepare and assemble loan documents, closing binders, and funding packages
Coordinate with developers, lenders, private equity groups, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
Assist with condominium conversions, unit sales, and large-volume closing coordination
Manage closing checklists, timelines, and document flow for complex multi-party transactions
Prepare closing statements, payoff letters, estoppels, and related transactional documents
Maintain organized deal files and oversee post-closing documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
Direct experience with construction loan or mezzanine financing transactions
Background supporting developers, commercial lenders, or private equity groups
Strong understanding of title and survey review and commercial closing process
Experience coordinating large, complex, multi-party closings
Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple active transactions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-heavy transactional environment
