What You’ll Do:
Drive New Business
Identify and pursue new client opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and smart prospecting tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, etc.)
Build and execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing solutions and value
Negotiate pricing and agreements aligned with company standards and client needs
Build Client Relationships
Develop long-term partnerships with clients through consultative, relationship-driven selling
Manage and grow assigned accounts with high-touch service and proactive communication
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client success and delivery excellence
Conduct site visits, service reviews, and safety evaluations as part of full-service account support

Qualifications
Prior sales experience / business development or hospitality background preferred
Proven ability to hit goals or KPIs
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Professional presence and strong client-facing demeanor
Work Environment
Office based with regular travel to client sites and networking events across Southern California

Competitive base salary ($60,000 to $80,000) + uncapped commission
