Cardio Diagnostics is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (Employers) to join our Employer Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding access to Cardio’s solutions among employers and employer-adjacent partners. As a key contributor within our integrated Revenue team, you will own pipeline development, manage active employer opportunities, and play a hands-on role in driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with

2-4 years of experience in the employer industry

- whether in sales, benefits consulting, account management, HR/benefits, or a related commercial function - who is ready to take the next step in an impact-driven role. Responsibilities

Own end-to-end business development activities for employer accounts, from outbound prospecting through deal progression Use a combination of high-volume cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and other outbound and warm outreach methods to generate and qualify leads Conduct discovery calls to understand employer needs and align Cardio’s solutions to business, benefits, and population health priorities Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored sales decks to employer stakeholders Actively manage and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Track and report on key sales performance indicators, providing insights into pipeline health, account activity, and revenue growth Contribute to market penetration strategies through market research, competitive analysis, and feedback from the field Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new opportunities and accelerate existing accounts Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand awareness and generate leads Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall employer revenue goals Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; BS/BA in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred 2-4 years of experience in the employer industry , including sales, business development, benefits consulting, HR/benefits, health plans, brokerage, or employer-facing roles Experience selling to or working with employer stakeholders such as HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or Finance leaders strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in a concise and compelling way Demonstrated ability to translate technical or clinical information into an effective “elevator pitch” that drives interest and action Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and quality Comfortable communicating across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, and in-person at events) Able to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities Self-starter with strong ownership mentality who can work independently while contributing to shared team goals Willingness to travel for client onsite meetings, conferences, and industry events Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000 Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
