Overview

Responsible for driving business development across upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities. The position builds strong relationships with operating companies, EPCs, and midstream organizations while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and competitive proposals. The ideal candidate brings deep market insight, strategic thinking, and a strong client-focused approach to support long-term company growth. Qualifications

High School Degree or GED, degree preferred, but not required 2–3 years of relevant business development or commercial experience in the oil and gas industry Direct familiarity with midstream assets such as pipelines, facilities, compression, and terminals Experience working within or supporting an EPCM, engineering, or project execution–focused organization Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with operators, developers, and project stakeholders Strong capability in supporting proposal development, client engagement, and early-stage opportunity identification Responsibilities

Develop, identify, and close new business opportunities across upstream and midstream oil & gas facilities Apply strong knowledge of midstream markets, including gathering systems, compression, storage, terminals, and processing facilities Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at operating companies, EPCs, and midstream-focused organizations Create and execute account plans and client pursuit strategies aligned with company growth objectives Monitor market trends, project activity, and competitor developments to inform business development strategy Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Collaborate closely with internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to develop customized proposals and solutions Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and RFP responses Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions and sales pipeline forecasts Support executive leadership with strategic planning and broader business development initiatives GAS Global Services LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
