Our services span content strategy, creator partnerships, livestream conversion, data analytics, and global brand expansion. We help brands achieve scalable and sustainable growth by deeply integrating content, commerce, and performance. We are seeking
a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager
to drive client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. This role owns the end-to-end sales process and works closely with internal teams to deliver solution-based sales tailored to client needs. The BD Manager is directly accountable for revenue performance and long-term client value. Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of pre-sales activities, from initial outreach to proposal delivery Proactively source and engage potential clients through outbound efforts, inbound leads, and networking Conduct client discovery calls to understand brand objectives, budgets, timelines, and success metrics Perform social, market, and competitive research to support strategic recommendations Develop client-facing materials including pitch decks, proposals, and tailored solution presentations Design preliminary service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and pricing estimates based on client needs Present internal proposals and recommendations to the Director for review and approval Collaborate closely with delivery teams (livestream, creator, content, operations, and data) to align on feasibility, execution plans, and resource requirements Support contract discussions and handoff to delivery teams after deal closure Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales documentation Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of experience
in business development, sales, or account management Prior experience in a marketing agency, e-commerce, MCN, creator economy, or platform-related environment is strongly preferred Strong understanding of TikTok, livestream commerce, or content-driven e-commerce is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working under targets Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required What We Value
