Senior Paralegal
to support its global in‑house legal team. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism while handling complex corporate governance, compliance, and international legal matters. You will support counsel across multiple regions, manage key legal workflows, oversee entity management, and contribute to cross‑border initiatives. Provide advanced paralegal support on global corporate and regulatory matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, governance documentation, and NDAs Lead legal research, due diligence, and document review assignments Oversee legal workflows, deadlines, and matter management processes Participate in occasional domestic and international travel (10–15%) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification highly preferred 7+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within a multinational or in‑house environment Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and compliance frameworks Experience with international legal work and collaboration across global teams Nice to Have
Experience supporting global or publicly traded companies Familiarity with entity management systems, contract lifecycle tools, and NDAs Knowledge of data privacy, regulatory, or compliance matters Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
