Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred Less than 2 years of experience in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
