Senior Tax Accountant
— We're hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to manage and prepare complex tax returns for business and individual clients. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to work independently within a small CPA firm. What You'll Do
Prepare and review individual, business, and partnership tax returns Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines Provide tax planning and advisory support Review work prepared by junior staff Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters Stay current on federal and state tax regulations Requirements
Several years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation Strong knowledge of individual and business tax compliance Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and client service skills CPA preferred but not required Benefits
Salary range: $65,000 - $125,000 based on experience Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Professional, collaborative work environment Long-term stability with growth potential Primarily in-office role; limited remote flexibility may be considered
