This is an Outside Sales Opportunity, 20% Work from Home and 80% work in the field.

Salary: $50k-$55k (negotiable) + bonuses, PTO, car allowance and other perks.

Job Summary The Regional Sales Account Executive will create and maintain business relationships with licensed property and casualty insurance agents and agencies to provide financing solutions to support their insurance needs and develop the market for the region assigned by identifying new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Identify, contact and/or visit prospective property and casualty insurance agents to present financing solutions

Maintain, contact and/or visit existing property and casualty insurance agents for continuity of business being referred to from our client.

Visit insurance agencies to obtain referrals of potential agents looking for financing solutions in the market.

Monitor and contribute to a healthy portfolio performance by assisting management in collections efforts when needed.

Represent this insurance industry at sponsored events.

Provide periodic progress reports to the company management about prospective agents and progress obtained in existing agents.

Responsible for weekly meetings with management.

Visiting key agents with management at least 1 to 2 times a year.

Making end-of-year PowerPoint presentations.

Attending Trade Fairs.

Provide training Web based system to key users.

Assistance to Lunch / Dinner Events of Insurance Associations.

Coordinate business lunch with prospective or existing agents.

Available to travel to Puerto Rico year-end meeting, Christmas activities and other events.

Assistance to management in covering essential functions while other sales representatives are out of the office on leave.

Qualifications

Sales Experience: 1–3 years

Ability to perform well with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, organized and self-starter

Fully bilingual – English and Spanish

Internet savvy and proficient in computer application programs

Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a car

Education

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products

Premium financing business knowledge (preferably)

Driver's License (Required)

Currently, have several agents with offices in Puerto Rico, who wanted to use our services for their insureds in Florida and Georgia.
