Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Brokerage – Base Salary to 55k/year – Doral, FL
Our client, a 20+ year family‑owned and growing insurance broker, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. This company prides itself on its excellent customer service record and boasts impressive employee tenure.
Responsibilities
Service small to midsized Homeowners and Auto accounts, including quoting, re‑quoting, handling renewals, answering billing and service questions, and developing new business.
Understand policy options and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
2+ years of insurance experience in personal lines.
Florida Property and Casualty (P&C) 440 or 220 license.
Compensation
Base salary in the 45k – 55k/year range.
Opportunity for commission.
