
An established, fast-growing independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in commercial lines insurance to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who thrives in a service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls and provide exceptional service to existing clients Process endorsements, quoting, billing inquiries, certificates, and policy changes Assist with binding policies and general account servicing Gather and enter accurate policy and client information Maintain organized files and meet service deadlines Build and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in personal and/or commercial property & casualty insurance Hands‑on experience with Applied Epic (required) Strong background in policy servicing, quoting, endorsements, billing, and customer support Experience working in an insurance agency, brokerage, or wholesale environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a remote setting
