What Are We Hiring For? As we accelerate our growth in the American market, we’re looking for a Professional Staffing Account Executive. As an Account Executive, your core responsibility is to generate contract and contract-to-hire opportunities to meet and exceed financial targets.

Tasks

Develop a book of business for our professional staffing services

Identify and secure new clients and job orders through cold calling, in-person meetings, networking, and digital outreach

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients

Be a trusted advisor to address their workforce challenges

Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals for our professional staffing services

Strategically plan your territory

Conduct regular follow-ups to confirm the successful delivery of staffing solutions and to uncover additional opportunities

Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure the client’s requirements are met through effective candidate placements

Provide clear job specifications and feedback to the recruitment team, monitor placement quality and promptly address any concerns

Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue in our CRM

Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in the staffing industry

Track record of high gross margin achievements and gross margin improvement

Subject matter expert in the industries and sectors YER does business in

Experience generating project-based staffing leads

Track record in new client acquisition

Able to work in a hybrid environment – 1 day in office; 4 days a week during training and onboarding. Drops to 1 day per week once onboarding is complete

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

Ethics, integrity and accountability

Willing and able to travel throughout the territory for 1-3 days as needed
