Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
In-depth knowledge of Real Estate practices, including sales and understanding of real property principles
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency with technology and real estate market research tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the Greater Madison Area market is a plus
