Transaction Specialist
to join the team on a
temp to hire basis . This role supports daily transaction processing, account onboarding, and operational activities related to financial services and banking relationships. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate execution of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting client deposit and certificate of deposit (CD) operations. 100% on-site
with hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Pay:
$24-27/hour Responsibilities: Process daily financial transactions including client/bank transaction posting, reconciliations, ACH and wire transfers while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Support monthly financial operations such as account reconciliations, interest allocation, and client statement preparation. Manage certificate of deposit (CD) and bank account onboarding, maintenance, and administrative documentation with strong accuracy and attention to detail. Monitor and analyze banking and operational data to proactively identify discrepancies, support underwriting activities, and improve processes. Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to efficiently manage workflows, reporting, and operational tasks. Demonstrate strong understanding of financial operations workflows while working independently on routine tasks and collaborating with internal teams on process and technology improvements. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in financial operations, banking, accounting, or related transactional environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow established procedures and controls.
