in the Waukesha area to hire a
Relationship Advisor . This role focuses on building long-term existing client relationships through comprehensive planning, education, and ongoing support— not cold calling . What You’ll Be Handling:
Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans tailored to individual client needs
Support and participate in firm-hosted workshops, client appreciation, and educational events
Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, annuities, and life and long-term care insurance
Manage, retain, and deepen client relationships through proactive communication and service
Serve as a trusted point of contact, enhancing client engagement and long-term loyalty
Tools & Systems:
CRM: Salesforce
Google Workspace
Mac-based environment
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
Active Series 65
or
Series 66 and 7
Active Life and Health insurance license
