growing financial planning firm
in the Waukesha area to hire a
Financial Advisor . This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys relationship-based advising, comprehensive planning, and working with an established book of business— no cold calling required .
What You’ll Be Handling:
Develop, present, and implement customized financial plans for clients
Provide comprehensive advice across investments, retirement, insurance, annuities, and long-term care strategies
Participate in firm-hosted workshops, seminars, and client presentations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and planning
Manage and grow an existing book of business provided by the firm
Tools & Systems:
CRM: Salesforce
Google Workspace
Mac-based environment
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
Active Series 65
or
Series 66 and 7
Active Life and Health insurance license
