We\'re looking for an enthusiastic candidate, career-minded professional with a strong background in global trade compliance and import/export regulations for US and Canada. In this role, you\'ll oversee and execute daily import and export operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to all trade regulations. This role supports all Lenovo business groups. You will interface with global team members, manufacturing sites, logistics, customer service, and more. Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on import/ export regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance best practices. Escalating forecasted delays to appropriate internal customers Problem solving to meet customer satisfaction while maintaining Lenovo\'s values Work cross functionally with manufacturing, global logistics, engineering, development, and sales Basic Qualifications: 5+ years related experience required Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Global experience SAP experience Relevant work experience in global trade compliance, operations, or logistics High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
