Asset Management Analyst
Responsibilities
Will report to the COO Analyze past and current operational and financial data and performance Responsible for preparing reports and projections based on analysis Evaluate current capital expenditures Identify trends in operating and financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Coordinate with other members of the team to review information and problem solve Financial models and forecasting Explore investment opportunities (preliminary modelling and due diligence, presentations, etc.) Assist with due diligence of new acquisitions, financial planning, reporting, analysis and projections Other ad hoc duties as assigned Skills
Proficient with Excel Must understand P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow individually, and how they interact together Analytical and financial modeling skills Strategic thinking Presentation skills (PowerPoint) Excellent time management and organizational ability Strong written communication skills Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines Ability to travel frequently Proficient with Yardi property management software EOE/DFWP
