Responsibilities
Work on a wide range of complex commercial real estate matters, including joint ventures, fund formations, financings, and acquisitions and dispositions. Support and lead key aspects of large-scale and high-value transactions from inception through closing. Draft, negotiate, and review sophisticated real estate and financing documentation. Maintain regular, direct interaction with clients, providing practical and commercial advice. Collaborate closely with partners and cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in real estate transactions at a leading law firm. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar. Experience across complex and sophisticated real estate matters. Strong academic credentials. A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to manage responsibility independently.
