A premier global law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its Miami office. Responsibilities
Advise on a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and secured financings. Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail. Manage key aspects of transactions from inception through closing. Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice groups in a team-oriented environment. Maintain direct and ongoing client interaction. Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in real estate transactions at a leading law firm. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar. Strong experience across core real estate deal work (acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, leasing and/or financings). Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
