Trusts & Estates Administration Paralegal
with
5+ years of experience
to join our growing team in our New Jersey, New York, or Florida offices. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing all phases of estate and trust administration from inception through distribution Handling probate matters (knowledge of
New Jersey, New York, and/or Florida probate
strongly preferred) Frequent and professional communication with clients, beneficiaries, financial planners, and accountants Preparing federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings Coordinating and executing estate distributions and trust funding Drafting and processing deeds and related real estate documents Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with applicable deadlines and regulations Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years of Trusts & Estates administration experience Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize deadlines Proactive team player with strong attention to detail Working knowledge of
estate tax software (ONESOURCE and/or Fast Tax) ,
HotDocs , and
Microsoft Word
preferred Education
College degree and/or
paralegal certificate preferred JD/paralegal candidates will also be considered We offer a
