
Our client,
a leading accounting and finance software company,
is actively looking for a
Human Resources Support Specialist
to join their Human Resources team. This will be
fully remote, but must be able to come on-site to Atlanta, GA, occasionally.
*This role is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*
In this position, you will
handling escalations for their front-line human resources team and assist in answering all employee questions that may arise.
In this role, you will
manage a high volume of highly sensitive cases, including employee loss cases, hardship cases, and LOA cases.
Responsibilities:
Act as an
escalation point of contact and a coach to channel advisors
Provide guidance and support to employees as well as managers on cases that require subject matter expertise
Leverage playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management as well as contribute to ongoing improvements
Provide end-to-end support to their employees
Maintain and update employee-facing HR processes and policy documentation
Desired Skills:
5 years of HR experience
Experience utilizing
Salesforce or ServiceNow
Strong ability to communicate with various levels of the organization on sensitive matters
