Overview

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple locations to support manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. This position supports hiring efforts at all company locations and requires periodic travel to facilities in New Mexico and South Carolina to build relationships, support hiring events, and maintain a strong on-site recruiting presence. Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria. Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple locations. Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, community partnerships, and professional networks. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for next steps. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. Travel to company locations (including New Mexico and South Carolina) to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and workforce planning efforts. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles. Represent and promote company culture to strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement. Build relationships with technical schools, workforce agencies, community organizations, and veteran placement groups to expand candidate sourcing. Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership on hiring progress and workforce trends. Stay informed on labor market conditions, recruiting best practices, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed. Complete other duties as assigned. Travel Requirements

Travel to company locations up to approximately 20%, including periodic trips to facilities in New Mexico and South Carolina. Travel will support hiring events, workforce planning, relationship building, and on-site recruiting initiatives. Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to represent culture, build talent pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is a plus. Experience using Predictive Index or other pre-employment assessment tolls is a plus. Knowledge of manufacturing roles and environments preferred. Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Physical Requirements

Uncontrolled environmental conditions: noise, dust, dirt, mobile equipment, and walking surfaces strewn with materials, power cords and tools is typical. Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs. Any combination of standing, bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, feeling and walking 8 to 10 hours per day. Ability to work up to 8-10 hour shifts and overtime as required by the work. Use of all limbs, dexterous and steady use of hands and arms for long periods of time.
