The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across the organization, with a focus on attracting high-caliber professional and managerial talent. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with company culture and business objectives.

Essential Functions:

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles for salaried positions.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt roles, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, talent pipelines) to attract diverse, high-quality salaried candidates.

Create and post compelling, accurate job descriptions and postings that reflect role expectations and employer brand.

Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Coordinate and guide interview processes with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Provide market and salary insights to hiring managers and HR, partnering on competitive, internally equitable offers.

Maintain accurate, timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and use metrics (time to fill, source of hire, candidate quality) to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and professional interactions at every stage.

Support employer branding efforts, including networking, professional events, and digital presence focused on salaried talent.

Ensure recruitment practices comply with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

5+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong focus on professional/salaried roles.

Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing in competitive talent markets.

Strong sourcing skills and experience using ATS and professional network platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Indeed, LinkedIn).

Strong interviewing skills and he ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
