Atlanta, GA . This position is responsible for guiding full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations aligned with business goals. Rate Range:
$75/hour to $82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end migration projects from Oracle on‑premise systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives. Manage, mentor, and coordinate technical teams across multiple workstreams to ensure high‑quality delivery and adherence to best practices. Serve as the primary customer point of contact, providing consistent updates, managing expectations, and driving stakeholder engagement. Oversee Oracle Fusion implementations—including integrations, troubleshooting, and solution validation—while ensuring security and data governance compliance. Identify project risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution across technical and functional areas. Guide project planning, execution, and delivery activities, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and data migration tools as needed. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud or large‑scale Oracle implementations. Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, or SCM) and proven expertise in migrating from Oracle on‑prem to Fusion Cloud. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams across multi‑workstream projects while overseeing integrations, security compliance, and risk mitigation using OIC, APIs, and data migration tools.
