FDI Consultant
for a
Contract
with a client in
Olathe, KS.
The ideal candidate requires deep expertise in FDI/FAW architecture to manage data pipelines and configure functional areas while performing semantic modeling and validation testing.
Rate Range:
$45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
FDI Consultant Job Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, including configuration, activation, and validation of all functional areas.
Manage and optimize data pipelines between Oracle Fusion Cloud and the Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), ensuring seamless and accurate data flow.
Customize and extend the semantic data model using the SME toolkit by adding attributes, hierarchies, and external data sources.
Design and implement a secure access framework leveraging IDCS and application roles to ensure data privacy and compliance.
Perform thorough data validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% accuracy between Oracle Fusion source systems and FDI dashboards.
Advise business stakeholders on best practices for leveraging pre‑built KPIs and developing custom metrics for analytics and reporting.
Monitor and fine‑tune data refresh schedules, pipeline performance, and dashboard responsiveness for optimal efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years working within the Oracle Cloud HCM ecosystem, including at least one full end‑to‑end FDI/FAW implementation as a lead consultant.
Comprehensive hands‑on experience with FDI/FAW architecture, data pipelines, and semantic model extensions (SME).
Strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), SQL, and ADW, with the ability to design dashboards, perform data validation, and integrate external data sources.

Pay Details:
$45.00 to $53.00 per hour
