Customer Service Representative Location: Delta Electronics Americas, Fremont, California, United States (On-site) Delta Electronics Americas is a global provider of power and thermal management solutions. Key responsibilities

Responsible for processing purchase orders in SAP in a timely manner, following up closely and ensuring the loop is closed (shipping samples, replacement units, parts, and samples). New account setup and shipment completion. Assist with RMAs, tracking and managing orders when needed. Use company tools (portal) to ensure paperwork is filled out correctly to follow process. Perform an array of sales operation tasks (process orders, create credit memos, ship samples and parts, new account setup). Minimum Qualifications

Microsoft Office tools Data analysis experience Familiar with EDI, SAP Minimum college graduate Preferred Qualifications
