Customer Service Representative
to provide remote support to clients using our access governance and compliance solutions. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a high-quality support experience while working from home.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Assist users with account access, basic troubleshooting, and product navigation
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Follow Pathlock support processes and data security standards
Requirements
Previous customer service or help desk experience (SaaS or IT support preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
