Job Overview Lead the technical design, development, and ongoing maintenance of SAP-based Finance and Controlling applications. Align IT strategies, departmental goals, and objectives with business needs in support of company strategies and core values. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business partners. This role requires working knowledge of ITM release management, EPMO processes, and other organizational governance frameworks, as well as demonstrated experience managing projects, system testing, and solution delivery. Knowledge of payment processing (DMEE and EBS related processes) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Work with IT Infrastructure teams to address issues and implement system upgrades without impacting business continuity. Collaborate with IT Security to follow Data Security Guidelines.
Manage various sized projects (Small, Medium, Large) in the Accounting and Finance & Controlling spaces. Collaborate with Business Partners to develop business cases and present documentation to appropriate approval groups and stakeholders. Develop plans and time estimates, track progress to plans, communicate status, and escalate issues and risks on a timely basis. Develop plans for continued support of project objectives post‑project completion.
Build working relationships with the various Business Partners in Accounting and Finance & Controlling. Understand their tactical and strategic plans as they relate to this application area. Manage expectations for ongoing product maintenance and development with respect to business needs vs IT needs.
Qualifications Education, experience and necessary skills all must be met to qualify for the position:
Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Field of study: Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Information Science

Professional Experience: a minimum of 5+ years in relevant areas
