Brightwater have exclusively partnered with a global financial services group that continue to expand their presence in Dublin.
They are now looking for a few insurance associates as the scale operations.
Responsibilities
Provide expert support and guidance to members via phone
Find practical solutions to complex issues, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with a team of committed professionals working toward shared goals
Show leadership potential with a view to future progression
Support and coach team members to help build a strong, high-performing team
Deliver outstanding customer service, handling member requests, researching queries, and resolving disputes efficiently
Build strong member relationships by gathering information, identifying life events, assessing needs, and presenting appropriate insurance solutions
Proactively identify and recommend suitable insurance products to meet member needs
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the insurance industry
Customer contact experience in an insurance sales or service environment (preferred but not essential)
Experience multitasking in a Windows environment
Excellent business English skills (oral and written)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
Ideally a graduate or postgraduate
Possess or be working towards APA or CIP qualifications
