In this role, you’ll assist customers with day‑to‑day questions, provide clear communication, and work through simple troubleshooting steps to help resolve basic technical issues. Pay:
$22–$24/hour Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Location : Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or chat Provide friendly, accurate support and ensure a positive experience Assist with basic troubleshooting, such as account access, system navigation, or simple device issues Gather details to understand customer concerns and guide them through solutions Create and update service tickets, keeping records organized and accurate Follow up with customers to confirm resolution Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when needed Support occasional administrative tasks or small projects as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit Experience with SAP is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset Comfortable walking customers through step‑by‑step solutions Basic troubleshooting ability and willingness to learn new tools Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests Prior customer service experience (1–2 years preferred)
