
Responsibilities
Translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams
Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies to differentiate in the marketplace
Create product marketing assets such as battlecards, product sheets, competitive comparisons, sales enablement decks, and customer-facing collateral
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product strategy and uncover growth opportunities
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent product messaging across all customer touchpoints
Support lifecycle marketing by enabling cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives through effective product messaging
Set clear product marketing objectives and success metrics tied to business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree required
5–7 years of relevant product marketing experience
Strong background in B2B and B2C product marketing, with proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills
Experience conducting and applying market, customer, and competitive research
Skilled at building sales enablement and customer-facing assets
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with attention to detail
Preferred
marketing, communications, or business preferred
Experience in SaaS, professional services, or technology-driven industries preferred.
