Implementation Manager
who shares this passion and is excited to help lead our next chapter, amplifying a movement that will redefine senior living. This important customer-facing and resident-facing/family-facing role to focus on training and onboarding the Meela product and services in senior living communities nationwide. Strong remote and in-person communication skills as well as exceptional organization skills are required to succeed in this role.This role will also support light marketing and growth initiatives, including social media content, customer success stories, and go-to-market coordination, as we scale. What You’ll Do
Coordinate and lead on-site and remote launch activities for Meela product and services in senior living communities Help residents understand the value and access Meela Educate staff and care teams on the value of Meela and how they can support residents and family members Collaborate with executive directors and community leadership to optimize adoption of Meela during initial and ongoing phases Serve as the primary point of contact during launches Track adoption metrics such as activation, utilization and resident satisfaction Flag issues and work with internal teams to resolve them Capture social media and promotional content to highlight Meela’s value Support additional launch or community needs as they come up Travel Expectations
Extensive domestic travel required What We’re Looking For
Passion for working directly with older adults Enjoys spending time in senior living or care settings High energy and exceptional communication skills Experience working in senior living, healthcare settings is a plus! Social media and marketing coordination skills are a plus! Willing and able to travel extensively Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment Nice to Have
Experience working in senior living or healthcare Experience onboarding users or supporting implementations Experience creating short-form social content What Success Looks Like
